PYP FIRST TERM ASSESSMENT

Grades : 1 to 5 (year 2011-2012)

Notes:

1. End of Term Assessment will cover the entire syllabus
2. School Fees for the FIRST TERM (July to December 2011) must be settled
   before 10 November 2011 and clearance ticket collected from Account Office.
3. P.E Music, Arts and Computer Practical assessment will be conducted
   before 28 November 2011 during the respective periodes.
4. Admit Cards will only be issued settlement of dues.
5. Student will not be permitted to give the Assessment without the Admit
   Card.
6. During Assessment time the school start at 7.05 a.m and will be over at
   2.10 p.m
7. Holiday Homework to be given as hard copy and emailed to parents by
   class teachers.
8. Progress Report will be sent to Parents by BMW Courier Service (BMW Telp.
   021-8313949, 8353586)
9. Parents can personally collect the report from the PYP Coordinator by 12
   noon on 9 December 2011.
10. Holiday for student starts on 5 December 2011.
11. Holiday tutorial classes start 12 December 2011 to 6 January 2012 on
    availability of teachers (Contact Supervisor Phone PYP: 021-65865673)

FIRST TERM CUMULATIVE ASSESSMENT

Grades : 6, 7 & 8 (year 2011-2012)

Notes :

1. End of term exam will cover the entire syllabus from July to November.
2. School Fees for the first term (July-December 2011) must be settled on
   or before 10 November 2011. Clearance ticket is to be collected from the
   accounts office.
3. Admit Cards will only be issued settlement of dues.
4. Student will not be permitted to give the Assessment without the Admit
   Card.
5. Drama, Music, Art & PT will be conducted before 25 November 2011 during
   the respective periods.
6. During examination time the school will start at 7.05 a.m and will be
   over at 2.10 p.m
7. After the cumulative assessment on 2 December 2011, Teacher will follow
   the normal school timings while students go on vacation.
8. End of Term tea gathering for teachers and staff on 8 December 2011.
9. Dispatch of report cards will be on 9 December 2011.
10. Holiday tutorial classes start 12 December 2011 to 6 January 2012 on

11. Holiday Homework to be given as hard copy and emailed to parents by

FIRST TERM EXAMINATION  NOVEMBER – DECEMBER 2011

Grades : 9 to 12

Note :

1. End of term exam will cover the entire syllabus
2. School will start as usual on all days during the examination period.
   morning assembly will begin at 7.05 a.m.
3. P.E Music, Arts and all Practical Examination (Physics, Chemistry,
   Biology, Comp Studies, IT & Comp.Science) will be conducted before 28
   November 2011 during the respective period.

   accounts office for Admit Card.
